Study: Casual games can help your mental health

I go to the gym a couple times a week and I play poker when I get the opportunity. I've found that physical exercise a good thing however the brain needs excercise as well. Poker allows for a major mental workout, I find myself more tuned in or focused than I have been all week when I'm in a game. Poker demands a great deal from it's players, one of the key items being intelligence. There is a small degree of luck, a bunch of people reading skills, and a ton of math required. I recommend it to everyone and so does this study, well sort of.
