Interview with Abhijit Phanse, CEO of United Layer - the premier co-location provider and managed hosting company in San Francisco and he is also the managing partner at Accelon Capital — a private investment firm which specializes in investing in small to mid market growth companies.

Mr. Phanse gives a look into his background which spans two start-up companies, a stint at National Semiconductor, Stanford Business School, starting a private investment firm and now CEO at a company that the private investment firm bought.

Also Mr. Phase gives some advice to entrepreneurs.
