Interesting times in the gaming industry. The industry is amidst a transition in many areas at once. Cloud vs. local, mobile vs. console, gaming studios vs. indie developers are some of the major transitions. At one of the Game Developers Conference's after parties, we caught up with Kate Edwards , Executive Director of the International Game Developers Association on her insights to these industry and gaming community transitions. We are so excited. The Nerd Stalker Media crew is at the famous Game Developers Conference® (GDC) at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. If you haven't heard, the Game Developers Conference® (GDC) is the world's largest professionals-only game industry event. and is also the longest-running event of its kind. The 2015 edition of the GDC started March 2 and will end March 6 with plenty of parties in between.  Today, the GDC opens up the exhibitors area. Tickets are still available but you have to come to the Moscone Center North during these times: Registration Hours: Wednesday, March 4 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Thursday, March 5 8:30 am – 6:00 pm Friday, March 6 8:30 am - 3:00 pm The exposition hours are today from 10a - 6p, Thursday 10a - 6p and Friday 10a-3p.
